Our Policies

Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth visit for you and your pet. Completing forms early, arriving on time, and knowing how to contact us helps keep appointments efficient and reduces stress for both pets and their people.

Before Your First Appointment

What we ask clients to do before arriving:

  • Complete the New Client Form prior to your first visit.
  • Bring the following with you:
    • Your pet’s adoption or purchase records
    • Any existing medical history
    • A list of current medications and supplements
    • Current feeding schedule & brand of food
    • A list of questions you have for the veterinarian
    • Stool or urine samples if requested
  • Dogs should be on a short leash; cats should be in a carrier.
  • Feel free to bring your pet’s favorite treat to help them feel comfortable.

Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early for check-in.
  • If your forms are not completed ahead of time, plan to arrive 10 minutes early.

Delays & Emergencies

  • While we do our best to stay on schedule, unexpected delays occasionally happen due to emergencies or extended patient care.
  • We appreciate your patience and assure you that every pet receives thoughtful, attentive care.
